Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany have made a massive family announcement ahead of the Chiefs’ playoff run, or at least what they hope will be.

The couple have revealed via social media that their third child, a baby girl named Golden Raye Mahomes, arrived on Sunday.

They shared an Instagram photo via Brittany’s account showing them holding the baby’s feet above a wooden sign with her name on it.

They announced that they were expecting their third child in joint IG reels last July.

The timing is actually perfect for Patrick, who got to welcome his new daughter while the Chiefs are on a break, having secured a first-round bye in the playoffs.

Kansas City will play the Houston Texans in the Divisional Round next weekend following the latter’s win over the Los Angeles Chargers in their Wild Card matchup.
