Prezydent zmienia zdanie
Prezydent Karol Nawrocki zadeklarował dziś w piśmie do premiera Donalda Tuska, że jest zwolennikiem odejścia od systemu ETS, czyli handlu emisjami dwutlenku węgla. Tymczasem jego sztandarowa obietnica, dotycząca radykalnego obniżenia cen prądu, opiera się właśnie na tym systemie. Jeszcze kilka tygodni temu Karol Nawrocki wspominał o tym w jednym z wywiadów.
