Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed to go after top Iranian commanders following a missile strike on the southern town of Arad.
Speaking during a visit to the affected area, Netanyahu said Israel would directly target leaders of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, as well as key installations and economic assets linked to Tehran.
He described the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a “criminal gang”, insisting that Israel’s response would not be limited to defensive actions but would extend to offensive operations against high-value targets.
The development marks a further escalation in tensions between Israel and Iran, with both sides exchanging strikes in recent weeks amid a widening regional conflict.
The Israeli leader maintained that his government would pursue those responsible “personally”, signalling a more aggressive phase in the ongoing confrontation.
