Sandra Bullock’s 2022 film, The Lost City, was certainly a gamble. The film had an excellent premise, following a treasure hunt with an odd billionaire with his own selfish reasons and interesting characters. It also had an excellent and impressive cast, featuring Channing Tatum, Daniel Radcliffe, and even Brad Pitt.

While these all sound excellent for a film to have, it is important to remember that these things can add up very quickly, making a film extremely expensive in the middle of the pandemic. Although these must have caused some strain, Bullock seemed to only have one motivation to make the film.

Additionally, it would seem that filming the project was a very different experience for Bullock than it was for Radcliffe.
