Patrick Mahomes’ Divorced Parents Find Common Ground To Get Back On The Same Page
Could the parents of Patrick Mahomes be setting aside their differences 18 years after their divorce as they look to connect with the Kansas City Chiefs‘ quarterback’s children through social media?
Randi and Mahomes Sr. were married in the late 1990s but they eventually divorced each other in 2006 and since then, they have had an amicable relationship and still support their sons, although they have both moved on.
So by retaining their connection to the Chiefs‘ QB’s kids, they have also managed to find something they might actually agree on as the pair poured in their love to their grandchildren following Brittany Mahomes‘ cute post.
“Saturdays are for my babies,” Brittany posted to Instagram, along with a photo of Sterling Skye and Bronze chilling out, just a day before she jetted to California to watch her husband play football
So Sterling Skye and Bronze‘s grandparents swiftly responded to the post in their own loving ways as Mahomes Sr. wrote, “What up young king,” whilst Randi commented, “Awe sweetness i love it.”
Mahomes Sr. petitioned police to think about son after DUI arrest
Patrick Mahomes Sr. almost had his life turned upside down in February 2024 when the ex-MLB pitcher, who played for the Boston Red Sox, was stopped for driving a car with an expired registration plate.
He was then later arrested for driving under the influence by police in Texas after failing sobriety tests and was found to be around three times over the legal limit of blood alcohol content as the 54-year-old had appeared to relapse into his drinking habits.
But as he denied being drunk to the law enforcement that stopped him, he then began to plead for sympathy on behalf of his son who was getting ready to take on the San Francisco 49ers on February 11.
