Breaking News: Prince William’s heart shattered when Meghan Markle gave birth to their third set of twins: “She’s truly courageous, worthy of being the Queen of England.

Prince William responded with a succinct four-word remark when he was informed by his younger sibling, Prince Harry, that Meghan Markle was pregnant with their first child in 2018.

The Sussex couple was ecstatic after finding out they would become parents and chose to share the good news with the rest of the Royal Family during Princess Eugenie’s wedding ceremony to Jack Brooksbank in October that year.

Harry detailed this touching incident, which occurred at the reception held in St George’s Hall in Windsor, in his revealing book ‘Spare’, reports the Daily Record.

He penned: “We were in a big room, suits of armour on the walls. Strange room, strange moment.”

Taking a leisurely walk down memory lane, Harry then revealed how William received the news, stating his elder brother merely said, “We must tell Kate”, with a smile.

Kate Middleton’s joyful reaction was also mentioned in his remembrances, as he wrote: “She also gave a big smile and hearty congratulations. They both reacted exactly as I hoped – as I’d wished.”

Meanwhile, Prince Harry also revealed within the pages of his memoir that his father, Prince Charles, learnt about Meghans prenancy during the same event.

Harry conveyed that the Prince of Wales was utterly “delighted” once made aware of the wonderful news.

In the memoir, Harry narrated: “Just before a drink reception for the bride and groom, we cornered Pa in his study. He was delighted to learn that he was going to be a grandfather for a fourth time; his wide smile warmed me.”
Baby Archie was born to Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, on the 6th of May 2019, at Portland Hospital in London.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have since warmly greeted the arrival of their second child, daughter Lilibet Diana, who was born on June 4, 2021, at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in California.

In a memoir, Prince Harry fondly narrated the birth story of his first-born, confessing to an overwhelming feeling of nervousness.

Seeking a way to soothe his rising anxieties, the prince happened upon a method that involved consumption of the pain relief gas intended for Meghan during her labour pains.

Nonetheless, as Meghan’s contractions got more intense and frequent, he was compelled to extend apologies for unintentionally emptying the entire supply of laughing gas.

Looking back at the intriguing event, Harry penned: “When her contractions began to quicken, and deepen, a nurse came and tried to give some laughing gas to Meg.”

“There was none left. The nurse looked at the tank, looked at me, and I could see the thought slowly dawning: Gracious, the husband’s had it all. Sorry, I said meekly.”
