Brittany Mahomes embraces Taylor Swift’s iconic four-word summary of NFL fans in latest Instagram story

Taylor Swift was all smiles on Sunday as the Kansas City Chiefs got back to winning ways against the New England Patriots.

The pop icon was in attendance at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, as boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Chiefs came away with a crucial 27-17 victory.

Swift and Kelce’s burgeoning romance has dominated headlines in recent months, but when asked about it, Swift – TIME Magazine’s 2023 Person of the Year – said she doesn’t mind the media furore.

“I’m just there to support Travis. I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads and Chads,” she said.

Her punchy “dads, Brads and Chads” line went down a storm while also seeming to resonate with Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany, who Taylor was in attendance with at Sunday’s game.

In a nod to Swift’s genius four-word summary of NFL fans, Brittany posted an Instagram story of herself holding a cookie which was decorated to say, “Dads, Brads and Chads” with fingers placed in the shape of a W.

Tay Tay enjoyed Sunday’s action in a luxury private suite alongside Brittany as the pair continued to bond.

They were also joined by Taylor’s dad, Philly native Scott, who swapped his usual Eagles-green attire for Chiefs-red as he cheered on his daughter’s beau.

Sunday’s game was the seventh time Taylor has been at a Chiefs game this season to cheer on Travis. Most of those occasions she has sat next Brittany, with the duo even creating their own celebratory handshake.

The WAGs were in good spirits during the win over New England, although at one point Taylor was spotted yelling out ‘f**k’ as she watched Travis fumbled the ball in the end zone.

After the game Taylor was spotted handing out extremely generous tips to Gillette Stadium staff.

Kelce didn’t have his best game and finished with five catches for 28 yards, however, the Chiefs got the all-important win after losing to the Green Bay Packers and Buffalo Bills in recent weeks.

Mahomes passed for 305 yards and two scores as the 9-5 Chiefs improved to 5-2 with Swift in attendance this season.

It wasn’t a perfect performance though as Mahomes once again lost his cool on the sidelines following a late Kadarius Toney drop.

The KC signal caller was visibly frustrated after the error led to a Pats score and made the final few minutes more uncomfortable than they should have been.

Nevertheless, the reigning Super Bowl champions held on for the victory to snap their two-game losing streak and assert their dominance over the AFC West once again.
