Brittany Mahomes has established herself as a fashion icon. Every week, fans and media anxiously wait to see what she will surprise them with when she arrives at the stadiums, and Patrick Mahomes’ wife never disappoints. This Saturday, her outfit was so spectacular that it even earned her the admiration of her fellow WAGs.
This Saturday, the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Houston Texans 27-19 in their Week 16 NFL game at Arrowhead Stadium. However, the result was of secondary importance, at least for Brittany’s fans, who arrived at the stadium in a spectacular outfit in keeping with the cold weather of the venue.
Mahomes showed off in flared pants, a knitted sweater, and boots, all in light colors. However, what stood out the most about her outfit was the white trench coat with an oversized collar, with her husband’s No. 15 embroidered on one lapel and the names of her children on the other.

As expected, Mahomes’ outfit made an immediate impact among her followers. However, among the almost thousand comments that her post on Instagram has attracted so far, one stands out: Emily Mayfield, wife of Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield.
“Okay this jacket!!!!!” exclaimed Emily, accompanying her response with a fire emoji. If anyone knows about fashion, it’s Mayfield, a fashionista in her own right, who also surprises with her bold wardrobe choices on game day.
Tampa Bay visited Kansas City in the Week 8 game, with a tight 30-24 victory for the Chiefs. Brittany and Emily didn’t meet up on that occasion, so the question remains as to who would have won the fashion showdown and whether Mayfield would have been able to avenge on the catwalk her husband’s loss on the gridiron.
Praise poured in for Brittany
Mayfield wasn’t the only celebrity to congratulate Mahomes. Former gymnast Nastia Liukin wrote, “So cute,” designer Hayley Paige exclaimed, “That jacket!” and makeup artist Allison Kaye agreed, saying, “The jacket is iconic.” Finally, Jena Sims, wife of golfer Bruce Koepka, noted, “My favorite outfit yet.”
The regular season still has two games left and the playoffs are just around the corner, so Brittany will still have a chance to wow her fans and fellow WAGs with more of her stunning outfits.
