Exclusive: Meghan Markle ‘convinced she has proof she was right all along about the Royal Family’
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle spent 72 hours in Nigeria over the weekend to promote the Invictus Games and one royal expert has said Meghan thinks they did a great job.
Meghan Markle smiled throughout her trip to Nigeria earlier this year with Prince Harry, with one expert suggesting she enjoyed being treated like a part-time member of the Royal Family.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex travelled to Nigeria over the weekend as they worked to promote the Invictus Games. Their trip was successful, as they participated in fundraising events and met with key figures. Some experts have branded the Nigerian visit a “mini royal trip” and royal author Tom Quinn thinks Meghan was pleased with “being treated as a great figure”. Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, he said: “Meghan sees her visit to Nigeria as a huge success and proof that she was right all along – she and Harry should have been allowed to be part-time royals, because they are really good at it.”
