Prince William banned Meghan Markle from wearing the late Princess Diana’s jewelry at her wedding to Prince Harry, a new book has claimed.
According to royal correspondent and author Robert Jobson, the Prince of Wales, 42, was concerned about his now-estranged brother’s fast-moving relationship with the “Suits” alum.
In an excerpt from his upcoming book, “Catherine, the Princess of Wales” obtained by the Daily Mail, Jobson said the current heir to the throne urged his younger brother, 39, to “cool the relationship” by giving Markle, 42, a chance to adjust to the royal way of life before locking it down with a ring.
