Prince William, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, & Kate Middleton Had a “Temporary Truce” Which Fully Devolved

Quick update on how the vibes are between the Sussexes and the Waleses: not…great! Royal expert Tom Quinn—who just dropped a dramatically-titled new book called Yes Ma’Am, The Secret Life of Royal Servants—just told The Sun that the couples’ relationship briefly thawed…but things are once again icy.

“Kate‘s cancer diagnosis really threw Meghan and Harry,” Quinn alleged. “Meghan’s relationship with Kate was already beyond repair, but there was no way the shocking cancer diagnosis could be completely ignored. The result? A very temporary truce that saw kind, if formal, messages of sympathy winging their way from California to Windsor.”

Apparently Meghan Markle and Prince Harry contacted Kate Middleton and Prince William via private channels, but “Beyond those formal messages Kate and Meghan’s feud continues, but as they have nothing to do with each other it’s more about ice than fire. Unforgivable things have been said and cannot be unsaid. The messages of sympathy were strictly limited; there were no warm gossipy chit-chats by phone and once Kate was in remission the great icy silence descended once again.”

And it’s obviously not just Kate and Meghan. William and Harry are also locked in a years-long feud, which escalated after Harry’s revelations in Spare.

It’s unclear when the Waleses and the Sussexes might see each other again, but Harry and Meghan don’t regularly visit England and it doesn’t seem like Kate and William are planning a trip to California anytime soon, so…
