Taylor Swift Fans Are Totally Distracted Upon Realizing How Ripped the Eras Tour Artist Is: ‘Look at Those Arms’
Taylor Swift may be breaking records left and right with her latest album release and ongoing Eras Tour, but all of a sudden, it’s her impressive musculature that’s stealing the show.
Fans are suddenly taking note of her toned physique in new clips surfacing from the Eras Tour, and her arms look so good, it’s distracting.
In one video from her stop in Amsterdam earlier this month, the singer was performing the first song of her acoustic set, which found her in a royal blue wrap dress with thick straps in place of sleeves.

Most fans were focused on dissecting the song choice, as Swift chooses a different, surprise song to play each night, often seemingly sending a subtle message, but a select few were totally distracted by how “buff” her bare arms looked as she strummed the guitar.
Look at those arms!! 💪🏼,” one fan wrote, adding a strength emoji, while another noted, “She looks so strong in this video lol ok buff Taylor.”
Meanwhile, another video showing the singer kissing her bicep during “The Man” on the second night of her Hamburg, Germany performances on Wednesday, July 24, also caught attention, with another fan reuploading it to X and writing, “Those arms 💪💪💪💪💪.”
It’s not all that surprising to see how strong Swift is, given the intense workout regimen she established to prepare for the massive, worldwide tour.
Beyond physical strength, her stamina is also unmatched as she sings and dances for 3+ hours a night, several nights a week while traveling. “Every day I would run on the treadmill, singing the entire set list out loud,” she revealed after she was named TIME’s Person of the Year. Dogpound, the members-only gym to which she belongs, also created a specialized program for her, including strength training, conditioning, and weight lifting.
