Taylor Swift shares excited message about Kansas City Chiefs re-signing Mecole Hardman on Instagram live during UK tour

Chiefs head coach Reid has showered praise on wide receiver.

SINGING icon Taylor Swift has shown her delight with the Kansas City Chiefs giving Mecole Hardman a new one-year contract.

Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce is a key part of the Chiefs team, helping them to a third Super Bowl success in five seasons.
And she joined an Instagram livestream displaying the rings following their Super Bowl triumph over the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas.

Swift is continuing on her world tour and is currently performing in Liverpool in the north of England.

She left a number of comments, including a simple “CONGRATULATIONS” and “YESSSSSS”.

“JOINING THE PARTY FROM LIVERPOOL LETS GOOOOOOO,” she wrote.

“AND WE GET ANOTHER YEAR OF MECOLE,” she said.

Hardman returned to the Chiefs last year after a brief spell with the New York Jets.

And he delivered one of the most famous moments in the history of the franchise in February.

The Chiefs were trailing in the Super Bowl to the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas.

But they recovered to win 25-22 in overtime.

And wide receiver Hardman scored the winning touchdown for Kansas City, picking up a pass from Patrick Mahomes.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid has welcomed Mahomes signing on to stay with the team.

“It’s good to have him back out there,” Reid said.

“I think we know how to use Mecole, and I think Mecole knows that we know how to use Mecole in his best way.

“He’s a smart kid – he’s a good learner that way.”
