Kansas City Chiefs fans are being accused of “racist” behavior following certain actions from Sunday night.

The reigning Super Bowl champions scored another win in Week 14, beating the Los Angeles Chargers to go 12-1. The victory also saw them clinch the AFC West for the ninth straight year.

Fans at Arrowhead Stadium would unite for the Tomahawk chop before kickoff and were seen in a video shared by Washington, D.C. radio host Grant Paulsen, who wrote “Just 70,000 people doing the Tomahawk chant moments before kickoff in KC” as the caption

The post set off rife reactions on X, with many fans wondering why Washington’s team had to change its name from Redskins to Commanders but the Kansas City Chiefs are still doing the Tomahawk Chop.
“I get soo triggered every time I see them doing the chop it’s just extra salt on a wound,” someone wrote in the comments.

“It still blows my mind that a baseball team called the Indians is racist but the Chiefs doing a war chant is way OK,” another wrote.
