VIDEO: Social Media Is In Shambles After Florida Reporter Made An Insane Atlanta Falcons 28-3 Super Bowl Reference During Hurricane Milton Coverage
Hurricane Milton is one of the most significant current events in the world right now. Florida is suffering immensely, but that’s not stopping some reporters from making jokes, and the Atlanta Falcons took a stray once again.
As many NFL fans know, the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots played in the Super Bowl in 2017. The Falcons had a 28-3 lead over the Patriots at halftime, and everyone watching the big game at the time wrote the Patriots off.
However, as everyone should know by now, no one should ever doubt the greatness of the greatest quarterback in the world, Tom Brady, as the Pats came back to win the game 34-28 in overtime.
Obviously, the Falcons have been catching flack for this since they lost the game, and it happened again in the most brutal way. A reporter covering Hurricane Milton brutalized the Falcons, and it was caught on tape.
Atlanta Falcons Got Absolutely Roasted During A Live Report On Hurricane Milton
In the clip, the reporter compares the hurricane to the Super Bowl game, pointing out that while the first half of the hurricane may not be bad, it will get worse, as the Falcons did in the big game.
One fan pointed out that it’s likely that the reporter has been waiting to make the reference for years, and it may just be true. “He has been waiting years to drop this reference,” wrote the fan.
Another fan had to laugh at the moment caught on live TV. As previously mentioned, the Falcons will never live the infamous moment down, and one fan claimed that this was the best stray he’s seen them catch, commenting, “I’ve seen the falcons catch many strays for 28-3, but this one easily tops them all.”
While many fans may not be surprised by the call-out, if one thing’s for sure, this definitely wasn’t expected at a time like this. At this point, it seems as though this stray will be the most outlandish fans will hear for a while.
