fashion designer has revealed to having cut her vacation short in order to fulfill an ’emergency order’ for two matching Kansas City Chiefs jackets with Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes’ names and jersey numbers on it, as many fans believe it’s Taylor Swift’s purchase even though the popstar wasn’t seen with it at M&T Bank Stadium.
On Sunday, Monica Blakely – founder of own clothing line, Passion For Ezra – shared a photo of both custom-made jackets on Instagram, along with the caption: ‘When you fly home a day early from vacation, because you got an emergency order for two jackets for tomorrow at 9:30am.’
Besides their significant others’ names and jersey numbers, both clothing items have the Chiefs’ two Super Bowl championships from 2019 (LIV) and last year (LVII).
Taylor and Brittany looked like twins, a few weeks back, when they wore personalized Chiefs fan gear to the team’s AFC wild-card round game against the Miami Dolphins – a 26-7 win in Kansas City.
Blakely’s clothing business first rose to fame after the Kelce brothers’ mom, Donna Kelce, wore specially made shoes and a jacket that she designed for her at last year’s Super Bowl in Glendale, Arizona.
Based in Gaithersburg, Maryland, she has gone onto creating custom-made jerseys for the Lowe brothers, of the MLB, and was named as the Washington Commanders’ fan of the year in 2023.
However, one of Blakely’s followers on Instagram wasn’t enthusiastic about Blakley having to shorten her vacation possibly for Taylor.
